Each month we offer a guest speaker to give upto the minute advice on the ‘theme’ of the month. We also offer 1-2-1 advice sessions for anyone who has a more direct problem or query which needs to be address.
We are primarily focused on the letting industry, mainly because more and more people are finding themselves forced to rent out a property and therefore becoming an accidental landlord or as the ever changing legislation is feed through to us by the government more and more landlords are finding themselves caught up in the minefield of legislation that now governs, what used to be ‘simply letting your property out’
Although there are 100s of property network meetings across the country, non seem to focus on this growing trend, instead concentrating on the buy-to-let market.
As I was finding more and more landlord and tenants asking the same questions, I realized that other than paying for the time of an experienced property lawyer or seeking sometimes not so accurate advise from the CAB there was no where for landlords or tenants to go for simple and accurate help, guidance and advice in regards to the rental market, and so, Hemel Landlord and Property Network was launched.
